By accessing or using Embodier's AI compliance platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

  • Business users utilizing our professional compliance assessment tools
  • Enterprise clients using our full-scale compliance management platform
  • White-label partners integrating our services into their platforms

  • Embodier Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond engines
  • Document and website scanning
  • Real-time compliance monitoring
  • Automated remediation planning

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

Account Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account password
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We recommend using strong, unique passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available

Billing Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • No refunds for partial months of service.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Data Processing and Privacy

We take data protection seriously and process your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

  • Account information (name, email, organization)
  • Usage data (scans performed, features used)
  • Documents you upload for compliance analysis
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe)

6. AI Engine Usage and Limitations

Our AI engines (Embodier Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) provide compliance assessments based on current regulations and best practices.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

  • To transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • To reverse engineer our AI algorithms
  • To resell our services without authorization
  • To spam or harass other users
  • To violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Embodier and its licensors.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We May Terminate For

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon Termination

  • Access to the Service will cease immediately
  • Data may be deleted after 30 days
  • Outstanding fees remain due
  • Survival clauses remain in effect

10. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

In no event shall Embodier, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oslo, Norway, in accordance with Norwegian arbitration law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
